You can take advantage of the B&B system with overnight stay and breakfast included. We offer you a pleasant, comfortable and tidy surrounding where to take your relax. Our rooms are double rooms, with a double bed or with two single beds at your choice, with TV, air-conditioning system and refrigerator with different kind of drinks at Euro 1.50 for each.
All the rooms of Mirko’s B&B have been set up in an original and fanciful way. You can try the “Holiday Room” or “My dream Room”, full of comforts, luminous, spacious and pleasant.

Our Bed & Breakfast in Rome is situated in the Tuscolana/Cinecittà Area, near to the public garden “Acquedotti Park”, immersed in the green and full of ruins of the Ancient Roman Aqueducts. You can find our Bed & Breakfast in a very quiet street parallel to the main road Tuscolana Road, a commercial road with a lot of different and cheap shops: supermarkets, cinemas, clothes shops, jewelleries and so on.
Close to the underground station, you can reach downtown in less than 15 minutes and have the chance to visit all the most interesting places of Rome like Colosseum, Venice Square, The Forum, Saint Peter’s Basel, Spanish Square and can travel from the northern part of Rome to the southern part in an easy and comfortable way. |

You will be staying out of the noises of the City Center in a fashionable and quiet district of Rome and at the same time you’ll be very close to it.
We are also close to the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and not far from the beautiful Roman Castles with the small villages like Frascati, Genzano, Gandolfo Castle, Ariccia (a very famous place for its specialty: “la porchetta”, roasted pork made on the spit).

There are prices for double room with single use.
Double room: 60 EUR (low season), 70 EUR (high season).
Triple room: 90 EUR (low season), 105 EUR (high season).
The prices include a continental breakfast or american breakfast at your choice.
The prices includes also daily cleaning of the rooms and new linen every week. At your arrival you’ll be given a set of towels that is going to be changed every two/three days. |
