Country house La Rogaia is situated amidst the rolling hills of Umbria and is an ideal starting point for active holidays. There are miles of trails out our doorstep where you can go hiking and mountain biking. Close by you may also enjoy horseback riding in the enchanting landscape of Umbria.
The panoramic drive (10 km) to Lago Trasimeno is as pleasant as the lake itself, dotted with islands and castles. There you will find unspoilt nature and a variety of sports and leisure activities (swimming, surfing, sailing, canoeing).
For sightseeing there are many historically relevant towns within easy driving distance from the villa, such as Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena. Make a travel in time to Etruscan, medieval and renaissance art or just enjoy a cappucino sitting on the piazza. |
