1. How do I merge the photos of my holiday home?
   On our homepage you can upload the photos and merge them within your description of your holiday home.
   
   Alternatively it is also possible to send to us the photos as jpg file by E-Mail to service@myvilla4u.com. If necessary we work on your photos and merge these in the context of your advertisement for free.

2. How do I proceed, if I want to update the prices of my holiday home, change the photos and/or change the description of my object?
   The change of your holidays domicile data is very comfortably and fast possible. For this you use the “user login” on www.myvilla4u.com and select the menu options 'my holiday homes' and 'edit'. There you select the holiday home you want to edit, change your data and store your changes. After an additional quality control your changes are in-maintained within 24 hours on myvilla4u.com.

3. Is my insertion extended automatically at expiration of the contract running time?
   Your insertion does not extend automatically. Before the expiration you´ll get a short notification from us and you can comfortably extend your insertion by email. In other case your holiday home is deactivated on our homepage and is not visible for the visitors any longer.

4. Between which price terms can I select?
   You can select between three different offers for your insertion:
   
   a) 19,99 EUR (including VAT) – myvilla4u medium for 3 months
   b) 49,99 EUR (including VAT) – myvilla4u large for 12 months
   c) 69,99 EUR (including VAT) – myvilla4u pro for 12 months
   
   Important notice: You can select between these three insertion-contracts. At expiration of the contract you can change to another contract or remain with the last contract. To all product models applies: The contract ends at expiration of the running time and is not automatically extended. 5. Which payment possibilities do I have? Which times fixed for payment do I have to consider?
   After the publication of your holiday home insertion you receive the calculation from us. Please pay it within 14 days. You can transfer the amount directly to the account of myvilla4u.com. Or you pay by credit card via Paypal.
   
   PayPal is a micropayment system claimant by the company eBay. With more than 86.6 million member accounts in more than 45 nations world-wide, PayPal is the largest micropayment company.

6. Is it possible to let my holiday home being entered by myvilla4u.com?
   On request we arrange the insertion of your holiday home on our homepage. Send us the description of your holiday home, the description of the close environment, your price list and the photos of your holiday home. We offer this comfortable service for 29,99 Euro per insertion. Afterwards you have the possibility to change or update your holiday homes in your personal administration area.

7. Can I merge a link to my homepage into the description of my holiday home?
   You can promote a link to your homepage in „Contact to the owner”. The only condition for this is that all holiday homes promoted on your personal homepage are inserted on myvilla4u.com. The publication of your homepage-link is free for you.

8. Can I promote my holiday home in another language?
   If you have an insertion on myvilla4u.com, you can promote your
   holiday home in German on www.fewo-klick.de and/or in Italian on www.in-vacanze.com for free.
   
   Use the link 'edit' and select the German and/or the Italian language version for changes. There you enter your descriptions for your holiday home in respective language and store your inputs. The changes will be published within the next 24 hours.
   
   If you need a translation of your text to German or Italian, please contact us by email: service@myvilla4u.com! The unique fee for the translation is 29.99 Euro (inclusive VAT.) per language and per holiday home.
